Verified Renter No red flags. Not even a yellow flag. Everyone that I have interacted with is friendly and professional. Maintenance team is highly responsive. Communication over emails is lively and genuine; does not make me feel like I was talking to an automated answering machine.
Verified Renter I have lived at this location coming up on 4 years. This location was absolutely fantastic until the current property manager took over. The current property management/ownership is 100% fine. However, the current property manager has the most opportunity of any over my tenure while residing at this location. While changes of property management may have changed, and specific property managers may have changed, the current manager of this property has the most opportunity by far.
