Verified Renter The Martin is an excellent choice to live because of the management and staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful which feels very personable. I will say based on the location, safety concerns and amenities/appliances, the price is pretty steep.

If I had to summarize this unit in only 3 words they'd probably be something along the lines of, Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. Verified Renter The Martin is the best apartment complex Ive lived at. Everything is well maintained and clean. And most importantly, the staff are kind, attentive, thoughtful, and wonderful all around, and go out of their way to build a sense of community.
