Verified Renter I've had a great experience so far living at The Manor at Weston. It's very clean, pet-friendly, and walkable. There's a food truck out every Tuesday. The staff is also super friendly and helpful!
This is not the place Living there I experienced a month long power outage, crazy added fees, German roaches, and crime.

its ok Overall, it was okay, if you get a living space in building C then goodluck on parking, the spaces are limited and are extremely tight. You’ll either have to be here before 8/9PM to get a spot or walk across buildings to get into your apartment. Management was pretty off, few of them are nice but the others come off as if they dont know what they’re doing or are very rude. Oh and somebody jumped into the GATED lot of building C and cut into my partners fuel tank which couldve caused more damage and his life it he didn... read more

Verified Renter No problem in 21/2 years.Ive used maintenance service several times,they are the best.Personal in the office are warm and friendly.I have one problem with the size and weight class of dogs that were expressed to me before move in,need to be cleaned up.
C grade management, A grade apartment The location and apartments themselves are great however management have no interest in the renters and just view them as cash cows. CWS (management company) is purely motivated by profit and due to the location they know they will fill the apartment if someone is unhappy and moves out. During my stay my bike was locked in secure storage and mine and a number of others had their wheels stolen.
