I am the last person on EARTH to ever leave a review let alone a negative one but I truly feel the need to warn anybody that applies here that leasing management lies. I am a mom of 2 babies and scheduled a tour for the mark, leasing manager GUADALUPE. Took me on a. Tour of what would’ve been my unit (#51) the units are beautiful, definitely pricey and utilities for two people would’ve been around 250-280, crazy right? But that’s not even the bad part.. The property manager Lupe is just sitting in the office and doing nothing except for allowing illegal tenancy and changing legal tenants to pay for their utilities. When we question her she acts like her owns the property and doesn’t want to give any explanation to legal tenants.Worst property manager just trying to find a way to steal from legal tenants

We booked an appointment for 4:00 PM, but when we arrived, the leasing office was locked. Several people were waiting outside, and there was only one bench available for seating. About 10 minutes later, a staff member finally came outside, but she only addressed the couple who had arrived first and provided no instructions or acknowledgment to the rest of us waiting outside. I scheduled a tour for 10:30 AM, I came early at 10 AM and the sign on the door says they’d be in the office at 9:30 AM. I waited until my appointment at 10:30 AM and still no one in the office. I called three times and no answer. I guess I have my sign that this is not the place for my family and I.
