Great food; great service! Tonight we watched great entertainment on the patio. A wonderful evening!
Had reserved seating outside on the patio showed up had menus already on the table everything was set nicely, it was nice a first.... But then we sat there for at least 15 minutes with no drinks, no server, no nothing. As we were sitting there we called uricchio's and let them know we were on our way.. went to the hostess desk and let them know that we've been sitting there that long and they weren't very concerned. Will never go back again
Being a foodie I've eaten at high end places all over the country. It's rare when I can say the service of a restaurant blows me away. Our waitress Juliet was a fire plug and a sweet heart, and the manager was super accommodating. My family showed up under dressed and was made to feel completely welcome. My only regret was not being able to frequent this amazing eatery often due to living out of state. 5 star service and amazing food. Food average steak raw and way over priced $ 250.00 for wife and I and I had soda. Wife had 2 glasses of wine WTF.......... NEVER EVER AGAIN!
The atmosphere was nice being it was Valentine's Day. Our server was amazing and attentive. The reasoning for my 3 is the food....our crab cakes were cold and my fettuccine chipotle was not great. Tasted like noodles with tomato soup tossed in. Won't be ordering that again. We are willing to give the menu another go.
We used to come here every few weeks. The atmosphere was amazing from the Valet to the table.. We haven't been here in almost a year, our last visit was just "ok" seen new changes starting, decided we would try the place again since we were here last Valentines day, had an amazing time that time..We got here at 5 because that was the "only" reservations left. Will NEVER return or suggest this place to anyone I know. It took an hour and a half to get our food, half of which was cold and when we told the manager about these problems he argued with us about it. We have a party of 18 and not one person will be returning or telling others they should after tonight. Then the manger can and argued that he didn't argue with us, so again horrible and won't returning to this joke of a restaurant.
Horrible service. Waited over 1.5 hrs for food. Never once got a refill on water or tea. Asked for bread twice (never came). Had to ask multiple times for the wine that was ordered. The manager decided it was a good idea to argue with members of my party. Wow. No way will I ever come back.
OK. i purposefully did NOT write this right after leaving the restaurant. In all honesty, I wanted to, but was too angry. I've calmed down enough now, so here goes. I'll give you a running commentary and you can decide for yourself. Let me start by saying we were in a large party (15 people). We had a reservation, but had to wait as they had given our table to somebody else (we were there 20 minutes early).
