Best chicken biscuit I have ever had. Ever. Seriously awesome.
Checked it out this morning for the first time. Happened to come up on it while walking the square. I had the Local Benedict, the Saturday special, and was blown away by how good it was. Full of flavor and tasted amazing. I highly encourage people to check this place out. Quick service as well!
Best breakfast in Marietta, but the "fast food" style of ordering, the claustrophobic size of the restaurant and the simple fact 3 people cut in line in front of me and the employees did nothing. Well, I will never got back Plus, parking sucks.
The experience was a little bit confusing. The Marietta Local mixes resturant styling with a fast food business structure. The food was decent, but by no means worth the cost. I had a plate of french toast woth bacon, which came with slightly soggy french toast and very thin, powdery fast food pre cooked bacon. The drink station was poorly labled, and there was a lack of instruction as to where you could get utensils which i think you were suppose to help yourself to. Overall i would not eat there again. Hi Dillon! I hope you have made it back in to try us again as we have made some adjustments to our silverware and drink stations. As far as the bacon goes, we actually prepare ALL food to order, which means that nothing is ever pre-cooked, especially bacon (we love bacon). When an order comes through, it is prepared right then and there in our open kitchen with fresh ingredients. We love The Marietta Local! Nashville Hot chicken for my son. Every time. Southern perfect chicken salad at lunch. Excellent collards. Their veggie omelettes rock. Their biscuits are perfect. The service is perky and kind. We feel welcome there. Rare. Plus they do a lot for the community!

The food was excellent the service was excellent but my goodness, $4.50 for a small Diet Coke or iced tea?? Out of principle, I will never eat here again.
I went to this restaurant this morning and enjoyed my meal to the fullest. I met the owner and he invited me to check out his restaurant so I decided to take him up on his offer. Not only was the food amazing but the staff were awesome. The owner came out to check on me and made sure my experience was pleasurable. I will come back soon, the garden omelet and French toast was too tasty. My friend had the French toast with chicken and they enjoyed their meal as well.
