Visiting for the weekend from Florida. Had the fried chicken and French toast yesterday. Just amazing! This morning had the fried chicken biscuit. OMG! The owner Jim is extremely nice.
My review is very easy, MY FAVORITE PLACE to eat in Cobb County!

Amazing fried chicken even for non-chicken lovers!!! We recently went to the Local for brunch. At first I was disappointed that the menu was rather small and only included a couple breakfast options, so I got the salad. (it’s more of a lunch place than breakfast place). The salad was good. But then I tried some of my husband’s fried chicken and French toast---it was AMAZING. I’m not even a chicken fan, and I loved it! My husband and I ate here this morning. I love this place. We had French Toast & chicken, chicken buscuit and cheesy grits(real stone ground grits!!). AMAZING. LOVED IT! Will return for more yummy awesomeness :) The people were friendly, atmosphere cozy and patrons were very kind to eat with.
