Pleasant move in experience
Super nice, tons of different floor plans, friendly non nosy neighbors, 2 beautiful pools, very lush landscaping, not just a lot of cement, full size washer and dryer, great windows make apartment bright, wood floors, and a feeling of safety behind private locked gate access! Just wish I could have afforded one, oh yeah, fireplace in courtyard, plus grilling area with several grills, even covered, and fitness room, and clubhouse, they pick up your trash from your front door, way cool, and great porches as well!!
Nayib was fast; efficient; excellent communication skills; and active listening skills.
Very slow to address my concerns about rodent infestation. When they do show up it’s a container of mouse bait packets which they show me ) most don’t speak English.
