i LOVE living at the mansions. everyone is so friendly & the staff at the mansion always puts their residents first. loved having laureen woods give us a tour of the area & explain every area of the mansions. she is very friendly, kind, & understanding. couldn't of asked for a better first place to live.
This property is AMAZING and my leasing agent Laureen was absolutely the most helpful and friendly person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She was well educated about everything I had concerns about and very professional :) I recently relocated to Arizona but I sure do miss living there and seeing her smiling face and always saying hello! She's definitely an asset to the property. Thank you again for everything!
The staff at the Mansions are top notch! Laureen Woods is always willing to go the extra mile to help you! Amazing grounds as well!! Love the clubhouse!!
Never recommending people to live here. Staff is no help and they take more money then they request and will not refund you. Check your accounts because someone goes in and uses your information and takes more money out of your bank account!!!!
I have been a resident for almost 5 years and will tell anyone that will listen not to move in. The new company is not about service to residents. No more lock out service, limited hours, not enough staff to make sure the office and phones are manned and available and they decided Wed. December 9th that they will no longer take packages for residents if they are bigger than a shoe box. I Have loved living at the mansions for the past 3 yrs. The office people and the maintenance staff have always been friendly and helpful. Love the pools in the summer:)
It's a great place to live, the rent is cheap and the apartments and the neighborhood are nice.
