I paid for background check got accepted and brought them a check for $150 Admin Fee & $125 Deposit on July 3rd, 2020. Mind you the apartment that I was intending to hold is not even available to rent until Aug 12th, 2020 which is more than a month out so I informed Cassie that I closed on my house August 3rd and if I found another place she insured me i would get my refundable deposit back but yet today July 7th they would not refund my deposit. Hello Angela, I looked into this situation to make sure everything was handled correctly. You were approved on 7/2/2020 for the apartment and we held that apartment for 5 days until you cancelled on 7/7/2020. The deposit is refundable upon move out, but if you choose to cancel after we have held the apartment off the market for that amount of time, you do choose to forfeit the deposit. I absolutely love it here! Always quiet, I’ve never had any problems. Maintenance is super quick on fixing things & they’re very nice. The staff is super friendly. I have no complaints of this place - I love it here!!

I am very happy with my apartment here at The Mansions. Every encounter with the staff has been great. Everyone is friendly and makes every attempt to take care of my issues promptly. The residents are friendly as well. There seems to be a genuine atmosphere of community here. I like it. It's welcoming.
They care about our safety of The residence , on maintenance guys and ground keeper are excellent!!
I'm on my second year here and love it
We have been here for 2 years and it is a nice friendly family place to live. Staff & Maintenance are wonderful!!
