THIEVES! BEWARE! I applied for an apartment as a cosigner for my daughter and her husband. They make you apply the application fee from your checking account online. Once my daughter, husband and 1 month old grandson went to look at the apartment. Laureen the manager, looked at them like they were scum. They each have tattoos. They were then denied the application claiming that my daughter's husband was once arrested years ago. NO felony. He's also military and it's disgusting to me that he is denied an apartment. So.... The Mansion's treated us with respect and found us exactly what we were looking for in a short amount of time. The facility is amazing with a tennis for is to use a nd two pools. The residents have already made us feel warm and at home. Lauren Woods was especially knowledgable, warm and detailed. When I complimented her on her professionalism she modestly said that this is my home and she knows how important it is to do the extra things to make me feel content. This is a place that I trust and would recommend to everyone.
I cant believe that its been a year since i walk into the office and ask for an application. I am so thankful with Laureen Woods and the all crew of awesome people that make this place feels like home. ♡
