I live at the Mansion and the property is well maintained and Laureen had always taken good care of me and my family since day 1. I recommend this property.
I have lived at The Mansion for 4 summers and Laureen leased to me. My stay has been amazing.
Worst apartment complex ever!! Awful service & the people in the front office never do their job! You have to call them like 10 times in order for them to pick up! Maintenance takes forevvvvverrrrr to come! They're thieves!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
This was the worst place I've ever lived at, they change there policies without notifying renters of changes of what's being changed, also I had a visiter that had a dog with them that wasn't even mine that was there for 45 minutes and there staff took a picture of the dog and then bill me a $250 dog fine!!! Staff is terrible on communication, they always avoid you when you have a problem..plus when they bill you they just bill your account there and do not call to talk to you about the bill at all, they will not remove any ... read more
Great facility the tour didn't include the fitness center or the pool. If you're doing a tour it should include a look at everything that's relevant.
I haven't yet moved into the Mansion Apartments. My move in date is 9/23 to a 2 bedroom. However the office staff have been very helpful with answering my questions and getting through the process quickly for me to be able to move in. They are all very prompt when answering emails or the phones. I have worked with Laureen and Aaron and both were very helpful and patient. If you like raccoons living in your ceiling, having babies and wreaking havoc in your life, this is the place for you. So far 5 raccoons have been removed thru the holes in the ceilings and no accommodations made for my 72 yr old mother to stay somewhere else while this is happening. Not only that, but they are still charging her rent while she stays with family due to her allergies and congestive heart failure. Picture of their "trap" above the bathroom commode will be included. Its a very beautiful place the apartments r nice and the plus thing its has a beautiful gazebo and lake in the back .....
