We had the most wonderful experience at The Magpie Cakery! I chose to celebrate my upcoming wedding with a private baking class, and it was the perfect way to spend time with some of my favourite people. So much fun to spend a morning with Maggie and fellow croissant enthusiasts. Maggie is so bubbly and friendly and she made the croissant making seem so easy. The croissants I brought home got devoured by my family within 10 mins. They all want more!!
Took the butter tart class with family members for Father's day. Instructions were clear, and tarts turned out fantastic. Maggie was a phenomenal instructor who provided the step by step instructions along with direct guidance as she checked on each group. Can't wait to take another class at Magpie Cakery
my daughter and I completed our third class with Maggie today. Today was a special day, it was in lieu of a bridal shower for my daughter. It was a great way to celebrate her and everyone got to bring home the fruits of their labour. We made choux pastry and they turned out amazingly. I can't wait to share.
