New ownership has ruined this place New ownership has ruined this place. Among many issues, the biggest issue was the flooding. Not just to my apartment, but everywhere. Maintenance told me the storm drains are clogged throughout the property and ownership won't fix it. My apartment has flooded twice, and ownership takes an extremely long time to fix. Love it! I love my apartment. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. We've been living here for almost 2 years and we have had a good experience. There is a washer and dryer in our own apartment, which is I couldn't find anywhere else. All the appliances are updated and the maintenance guy usually comes in a day or the same day. And it's much more of a bargain than the other apartments around here.

Happy Resident If you can afford to live here, by all means do so. I currently live in a 1BR apartment that I couldn't be more satisfied with. The apartments have all undergone renovations so you'll be getting mostly new everything. I have an entirely new bathroom, freshly painted walls, and new carpet floors. Also, all of the leasing consultants who show you around and handle your application and paperwork are super-cool and friendly. A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE I have been here for 4 years now. I love living here and wouldn't move. They will have to make me move. The construction has been hard. But you should see it now. We are getting a lot of AMENITIES along with all the construction. I am so happy to live here. And now its the BEST place to be. It's close to everywhere you want to go. Great Place I have lived at Forum for about a year now. While the ongoing construction is a pain sometimes it is amazing to see all the work and effort they're putting into the complex. The improvements already make the complex look much better. I cannot wait to see the finished product! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with bugs at all but I clean my apartment. The one complaint I do have is the type of people that have been allowed to live here. Steer clear Bed bugs, bugs and incompetence glore! We have had bugs for over a year and they spray and spray, and still we have bugs! We have been moved out of our place to have them fix the problem and it's still there. Now we have bed bugs that they failed to tell us about and I find out through other tenants. Construction is a mess. They start projects and never finish them. Office manager just plays politics and never gets anything done. We're moving and I strongly recommend to not waste your time at this place.

A good Place in a great area The complex I live in is a very nice place and it will be a great place once all the remodeling gets done.It is rather quiet and quite close to all things on Olive Blvd like the super market which is right across the street, and many restaurants. It is has easy access to rt 141 which leads to the free way and makes for an easy commute to almost any where in the St. Louis metro area.

Forum Apartments We have been at Forum for about 6 months now. The apartment complex is currently in a renovation stage and looks a little unwelcoming on the outside but don't let that turn you away! The staff is always kind and attentive, and the inside of the apartments are gorgeous. It's very affordable and the staff is always good about working with you.
