Don’t do it girl! Absolutely run from this place! I have lived here for 3 1/2 years without issue until the apartment has recently undergone new management. They are failing during this transition. You will be charged for utilities that you are also directly paying to the utility companies. You will be treated with disrespect when you have any questions regarding your bill (if they even respond). Verified Renter Lease Renewal The lease renewal was easy enough, but I am approved for section 8 housing vocher program, hopefully I will be parrt of this program this month of this New Year!

Verified Renter Doing good Never had any problems, Things are repaired right away, parking is a little challenging sometimes, but overall nice place to call home.
Verified Renter 6 years at Magnolia Staff and maintenance were very good in taking care of issues. The downside is that the apartments are a little older.
Verified Renter No response I had a minor flood nearly 2 weeks ago. Other than the initial notice of the flood, I have not recieved any update, plan, or time frame from management. Despite numerous phone callea and emails, all updates were from running into the right people at the right time. I have not been living in my apartment and do not know when i can return as nothing has been comunicated ro me.
