Verified Renter Awful experience!!! Temp worker rented us wrong room, application is a nightmare. Staff not on same page and facility was worn down. wStay away from this place!
Verified Renter New dish washer installation and fixing the kitchen sink This is the first maintenence team I've seen that is actually reliable. I've lived in the unit for three years and this is the first time i actually felt like they knew what they were doing.

Avoid this place It was a good place 7 years ago, but has just been on a steady decline. Maintenance request are routinely ignored, and the office staff if frequently absent. They're on break more then they work. Took six months to get a broken drain pipe fix that was leaking into the wall of my bathroom. If an appliance breaks, prepare to be told it's because you're using it wrong repeatedly. If a package gets delivered to the leasing office, be prepared to dig though a pile of boxes to try to find your delivery. If I could... read more

Terrible Upkeep/Maintaining Property & Amenities For starters, we moved in a couple months ago & I instantly noticed the smell of smoke. That has finally subsided after we begged them to change our air filter & we had to reclean the apartment. Recently, our so called "LUXURY POOL" opened and there is an awful build up of algae on the sides and bottom. I don't recommend swimming in it like we have been waiting eagerly to do. Worst Place Ever!!! Don’t waste your time!!! We have been here for about 6 months now it’s literally been the worst!!! Absolutely horrible don’t be fooled the pipes in the bath tub are bad, black residue comes out of the faucet whenever you run the water so no baths, everything in the bathroom gets wet when you run the sink, kitchen ceiling was leaking a ton of water, the A/C has been out for 2 months, the ONE maintenance guy they have doesn’t communicate nor do his job at all, all of the staff members are very RUDE / unprof... read more
Exceptional Place to Live!! My son and I lived at Magnolia a year. The management team was responsive and very friendly. Amber was exceptional to work with! The team was exceptionally nice to my son who suffers from anxiety and depression and his emotional support dog was always greeted him with bones lol. The maintenance personnel ( Val) always came right away if there was an issue ( we only had one) and he was great!! grounds were always clean and even living on the main floor we never had any issues with bugs. Lazy Responses to Constant Noise I have a neighbor that's been using my apartment as an echo chamber for bass tests for months. It's driven me crazy. I've never experienced anxiety until now. I didn't even know what that meant until being tortured for nearly a year. What happens when I report the issue? They threaten to evict us both. People can do whatever they want here with no respect for the area and everyone else who lives here.
