Love love love Party on a Bike!!!! It's pure motivation and the hardest work out but feels like a party I love the Friday 5:30pm class because it gets me going for the weekend!!!
These classes kick your ass and the music is loud and great. I love the theme rides! Maybe an 80s hair theme?? ��
