The Cloud LGS team took a work trip to The Madison in Tempe last week and it was SO MUCH FUN. They say all the classes are like a #PartyOnaBike and it's totally true. The workout was tough, but the music and the funky lights made it possible to push through. I would highly recommend trying it out. The office is now addicted, so obviously, they're doing something right (like a giving me a tight butt ;) ). P.s. Don't forget to hydrate before.
I had a #PartyOnABike to celebrate my birthday and it was exactly the type of party I needed. The lights, music, and the instructor gave me so much energy and I felt accomplished the whole day. I've always been intimidated by spin classes, but The Madison is entirely different from any other gym class I've taken. I'll definitely be going back and bringing more friends <3
We did our first spin class at Madison Tempe last week. It was awesome! The staff was high energy, the bikes are in great condition and our instructor rocked!! I will be back many more times.
