Customer service at the front desk and inside the spin room could be improved. The sound system and instructor's microphone were not functioning properly. It was hard to enjoy the music or understand what the instructor was saying. Studio wasn't well maintained. The cubbies in the spin room were dusty and kind of grimey. The employee at the front desk had her lunch out and greeted me by telling me to "hold on."

Hands down the best spin studio I have ever been to! From the quality of bikes and instruction to the friendly staff at the front desk👏🏼 this place a must when taking spin classes! Not to mention the amazing sound system and lighting system in the spin room! 🔥🔥🔥
