I’ve stayed here a half dozen times and even when there is an issue, there is NO issue. This team work diligently to make sure your stay is 5 Star. So far, it has been nothing less.
Unintentionally landed here due to air travel mishap. Arrived late and Jessica at the Front Desk was beyond helpful. Was late and we were hungry, tired and not a little frustrated with our trip. Jessica assisted by first with evaluating pizza options, but upon learning delivery time were 2 hours out, Jessica quickly took an order from us for the bar, which was insanely busy (3 events at the hotel) yet 10 mins before close, and sent us to our room. Excellent, convenient and comfortable hotel with splendid interior. I liked how their room-bathrooms are set up: I enjoyed the tiles, the granite, the stress-free soaps, the combination of colors. Win-win
My wife and I stayed for our 25th anniversary. Staff wa extremely friendly and helpful. They even sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne for us to celebrate. The Governors Club was amazing, from the staff to the full moon we saw over the Capitol! We will definitely be back!
I can't express enough how much I love this hotel! We have stayed the past 2 years for taste of Madison and probably will be staying next year! The staff are helpful n friendly! I have recommended your hotel to numerous friends! See ya next year! Keep up the good work!
