Always a Great experience, close to the capital And downtown, the Governors Club is the way to enjoy your stay and the all the town has to offer! You need to sort out the parking situation though, second year in a row with the structure being closed in winter is far from ideal.
Had a great time. Loved the Governors Club. State Street is close and lots of fun. Parking is questionable, had problems with that before.
Staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful. The hotel and our room was very clean. The noise in this hotel was awful. We had our 3 children with us and they got woke constantly from people yelling in the halls. It was awful we woke up early and checked out just so we could get home to get some much needed rest.
our son and his beautiful bride had a wonderful wedding..thanks to Chastity with the planning..the staff with the availability of a block of rooms on the Govenor's club floor, the wonderful valet service. the ambiance of the hotel..ty all
I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and nice.
I don't know why you would book your event anywhere else! From start to finish The Concourse delivered in every way possible. Special thanks to Kaitlyn Chamberlin, Emily Rauber and Julie Woodward for being incredibly easy to work with and just all around awesome in every way! Also, Eric Hill, the banquet manager for the majority of our Conference was hands down the best manager we have ever worked with after over 10 years of doing this conference at other hotels.
