Dennis, the owner, serviced my chimney and dryer vent. He was on time, professional, educational, and down to earth. The prices are very reasonable too. I have called on The Mad Hatter, a locally owned business, several times in the past and will continue to be a loyal customer. Support local!
The Mad Hatter cleaned my air ducts. I even purchased new register vents, and they switched them out after they were done cleaning! Love that they had their pricing on the site. Very friendly, great service!

Love The Mad Hatter - excellent service. I wouldn't call anyone else in the Indy area specifically for chimney services.
The Mad Hatter came to my house and took a lot of pictures and charged me $120.00 dollars. He said he would send an estimate for the chimney cap that I needed. Eight months later I don't have an estimate and the birds have moved back into my chimney. I called the owner a month after the visit and he promised a quote. I never have received one. This type of business practice should be illegal.

We went out to Julie H.'s home on 12/5/14 to do a sweep and inspection with a potential cap install. Our technician did not do a sweep due to what was discovered upon inspection. Julie H.'s firebox, smoke chamber and liner system had issues that would prevent her from using it safely. So the $149 sweep and inspection charge was abbreviated to $109.
