After looking at 30+ other options to rent from lower NE in Minneapolis to Lowertown in St.Paul (and everything in between) - duplexes, homes, & apartments - The Lyric came out on top in every category. Great design, space, amenities, location, value, dog friendly, and most importantly, the great staff! Gina, Melat, Les, and Matt have all been fantastic. Come see it for yourself - you won't be disappointed.
I lived at the Lyric from Nov 2010 until March 2013 ( we moved after getting married when we built a house and were expecting our first child ). We loved living at this property and highly recommend it! Location is great and the amenities are wonderful. We wish the light rail would have been finished while we were there !
This place is simply amazing. The amenities, the facilities, and the care takers are all so kind and helpful. Requests are responded to promptly and the building is always clean and secure. Yes, expensive, but very recommended.
I am really happy living at the Lyric. The apartments have a great design so that the space and storage are used very efficiently. I also love all the natural light we get from the nice windows. The gym and rooftop amenities are all very nice. One of the biggest reasons I chose to live at the Lyric is because it literally right next to the Raymond Ave light rail stop, which makes it easy for me to get to Super Target to buy groceries and also to go to the U of M campus. My husband and I absolutely love living in our apartment at The Lyric! Every time we walk through our apartment door we feel completely at home. The clean, modern style, friendly staff, and awesome shared spaces such as the rooftop grill and hot tub areas are icing on the cake. We are so glad we decided to rent here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a care-free place to live.

My spouse and I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and absolutely love it. The staff is awesome and make living here a wonderful experience. The building is gorgeous and it is centrally located.
