Beautiful apartments, especially when compared to others in the city. Very conveniently located near the light rail.
I’ve been living at the lyric for going on 7 years. I’ve truly loved living here. The staff is great, the apartments are beautiful, and the building is always clean and well taken care of. Also, the maintenance crew is the best! I would recommend the lyric to anybody looking for a nice place to live.
My wife and I have been here for about almost 8 months. This is the first time we’ve lived in an apartment in our almost 45 years together and we love it!!! The staff is friendly, responsive and dedicated to wanting to make sure you are happy. We have a corner apartment which we love. Lots of natural light. Under ground parking is a treat in this weather and the amenities are great. We both use the fitness center and it absolutely meets our needs. We highly recommend The Lyric!
Toured 15+ apartment complexes in the Twin Cities and this place won me over in the end! The location is super convenient to access both downtowns, and the amenities make the cost of rent worthwhile. Lots of beautiful attention to detail in the unit itself, and the neighbors are all quiet. Had an amazing time getting taken care of by the patient staff who made sure all my questions were answered prior to moving in! Truly a great place to live. Staff are very receptive to feedback, maintenance is on top of issues immediately. Modern and spacious units with great amenities (workout room, sauna, hot tub, conference room and two party rooms, free surface parking lot), and within walking distance of the light rail. All for a very affordable price!
Affordable rent, cheap parking, overall nice apartment. One of the three elevators seems to be out of order every so often, but it gets fixed quickly. Maintenance staff is also great.
The Lyric is great! We have been living here for 6 months and have had absolutely no issues. The maintenance staff is incredible, they fix anything and everything and arrive fast! The underground heated parking is super nice, especially in the cold Minnesota winter. They also allow dogs which we love, and the staff always remembers her name and ours! Love the heated garage! Maintenance staff are very helpful. Management and office staff are responsive. Perfect place for empty nesters.
The Lyric is a great place to live. Sunny, quiet, and in a great location. Maintenance requests are handled right away. I’ve been here several years with no plans to leave. Easy access to light rail and highways. My only complaint is the lack of visitor parking, which there is now even less of with the huge new building going up behind us...
