Great apartment complex! The apartment is bright, clean, well-maintained, quiet, and spacious. Maintenance is on top of it, they come in and fix things we didn't even know needed fixing. My commute is super easy with the light rail stop right down the street, but my husband loves the underground parking. The office staff and maintenance folks are helpful and friendly. Overall a very comfortable and convenient place to live.
I have been living at the Lyric for close to a year now and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing, maintenance is on top of issues before they start. As a college student, it is amazing to live in such a nice, beautiful and well kept building for a somewhat affordable cost (my parents do help a bit) My only complaint is that across the street on the side of the building I am on (which has about 4 apartments) a new building is being put up and it can be loud and shake our apartment and cover our patio in d... read more
I love living here. I haven't ever heard my neighbors, the amenities are great - there's a sauna and a hot tub and a solarium, plus several lounges and a conference where I can do work. I've been living at The Lyric for just over a year and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. There is a light rail stop right outside my door and there are at least five breweries within walking distance. The staff here is friendly and readily available. The maintenance staff says hello and are very responsive when you need them.
The Lyric is located in a convenient location with just a minute walk to the Green Line. Great units and amenities!
We really enjoy living at The Lyric. Its clean and modern spaces and social areas make it a great place to live. The Staff is very polite and professional, maintenance requests are responded in a timely manner. Pet friendly, very convenient location between the cities, with a light rail station right in front. We’ve been here for two years and planning on staying.
Modern design, ample space, pet friendly, great staff--just a few reasons why this is a wonderful place to live. I just renewed for a second year and don't see myself moving anytime soon!!
The building and apartments are modern and very well designed. Most have a balcony which is an added bonus. The staff is very responsive and our maintenance requests have all been resolved within a day. It's also a reasonable price for the quality of the building and the neighborhood. Great all around!
I love living at the Lyric! My apartment is gorgeous and I use the rooftop hot tub and sauna all the time. The fitness center is my other favorite amenity. Underground heated parking, a few lounges, in unit washers/dryers, friendly neighbors, and excellent building staff make the Lyric a fabulous home.
