Have been living a The Lux since August of 2019 and have loved every bit of the experience. The amenities are great, the staff is very helpful and upbeat and my apartment is extremely cozy! Would highly recommend!
It's beyond fixing, and a bunch of slobs live here who leave literal feces in various places. Garbage is constantly backed up, parking has been unavailable for most of 2019, and before that was absolutely unacceptably flawed. Movie room used to be fun when you could watch Netflix etc in there, which was only because I got the blu-ray player's streaming working for them. There are no fans in the bathrooms which is a ridiculous oversight.
visited a friend who lives here and must say the rooftop patio is great with the fire pit, plenty of seating. The pool will be great for the summer with great views all around. They even have a movie theater with recliner theater seats. I'd say if you're looking for a place downtown go in for a tour.
The Lux advertises amenities such as a pool or inside parking yet do not deliver any of these to the tenants. Do your homework before signing a lease here! Check reviews from actual tenants of the Lux. None are happy there.
Great place to live. I've lived here since early 2017 and plan to stay here until I purchase a house. The units are of very high quality and filled with tons of natural light. Price is very comparable to other high rises in the area but you get a much nicer apartment for the price. Highly recommend.
I would give a zero if I could. The parking system is constantly down and when you try to work with anyone they don't want to work with you the tenant. I have had the management team yell at me, hang up on me, and treat me terribly. Spend your money else where!! The sad thing is it is Orosz management is really to blame the leader of the management team Jenny is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. I can't wait to move out :(
