I love these nails so much and they have given me so much confidence. They were a bit better than the inspo photo and the artist that did my nails was such a great person. She did an amazing job and she really made these nails so very special. I love how they turned out and I can’t wait to go back and game more styles that I fall in love with.
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I asked for French gel at the start, the pedicure tech heard but th I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Before my appointment started, I clearly requested a French gel manicure while receiving both a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure technician heard my request, but the manicurist apparently did not. What a wonderful experience! My mini wanted her nails done for her birthday, and The Lounge Nail Spa made it extra special. The staff was kind, patient, and did an amazing job on both of our nails. Her bright birthday nail design turned out absolutely adorable, and she couldn’t stop smiling and showing them off. The salon itself was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I literally just sat down in the chair, and I can’t even tell you how my nails are gonna turn out, but I would come here again already just based off of the customer service. They were a little bit busy when I walked in and they squeezed me in. I’m traveling for work and I wanted to pop in and get a manicure and pedicure and I’m so grateful they got me in.
