A server named Kelsey and the bartender were in a cuss out fight in front of everyone. The bartender was actually very professional and didn’t say a word back but continued to work! Then while trying to get lettuce for a burger the server pushed me to get to the bartender. I was kinda shocked 😳 I said hey calm down this is a restaurant with kids. We got to the lot at 5 pm tonight got seated at 630 which is fine we knew it was a long wait. At 8 o’clock the waiter came to us and said they lost our ticket. We have three little girls that were starving. We waited for them to bring food back out and never did. One of my daughters fell asleep while waiting for her food. We talked to GM and he came to us with a 25 dollar gift card asking us “what do you want me to do” NOT OK!!! What is going on with customer service there?!? Will never be back!!!
