Awful customer service from the management. Refused to correct the bill where we were not given what we ordered. Asked three times! Reply? "We don't have a key on our computer to do that."
Great Food ...kids enjoyed the play area. Food tasty and not expensive.

The Lot was short staffed yesterday - Black Friday. The host was upfront about possible delays. However, despite that, it was a great experience! My kids had a great time, the food was good and the entire staff hustled to get food to the tables. Wish The Lot would come to STL!
