The scenery, food, and service is awesome! Not to mention the Cheese Fries, oh my god, those are the bomb! If you have children, don't bother with a baby sitter because this is a cool place for them too considering they have a play area filled with sand! #TheLotDallas #CheeseFries

I went to the lot with a friend and her dog because we heard it was a fun dog friendly patio. When we walked up we saw a sign that said to go around back with dogs. The moment we walked around back we were shuffled to go in to the front by a rude waitress. When we went in the front we were again shuffled back outside. No one welcomed us. When we found a new entrance to the back, we were once again told we couldn't sit at the tables. Would not recommend coming here with a dog.
I thought it was just a bar lol! I had no idea that it was a bad ass restaurant, and a place where you could bring your dogs and kids, and there was a backyard with sand and games and fun. And that queso.. you have made a friend for life.

Food is bland. The only good thing about this place is it is outdoors and the kids love running around. I really wish they would improve their food!

The food and the atmosphere were good. Came on a Friday evening. Just moved to the area and are trying out everything. Is got a sand pit/playground for the kids that helps the adults out. Will come back
We were in town for the night, and needed a place to eat with kids. This place was perfect! Food was good, service friendly, and the huge sand area for kids was just perfect for our 3 and 4 year olds. Parents were attentive in watching their kids, which was nice. We liked the nacho appetizer with brisket, and I had the fish tacos, which I really liked. Big pieces of fish, tasty! Not a fan of the black bean side that came with it, but that's minor. I could see why locals would make this a regular spot! We had a great time.

Loved it! The food was excellent and my kids had a blast in the sand pit! I will definitely be going back.
