Located in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, this restaurant resides in a saloon-style building loaded with Western ambiance. Horse saddles hang from the walls and a large wooden bar stretches across the dining room. A tin ceiling adds to the rustically authentic charm. Chef and owner Tim Love is a native Texan, which is obvious in his most-requested specialty, roasted garlic-stuffed beef tenderloin. Other menu items emulate Italian, Spanish, Mexican and Asian fare, including the buffalo rib eye and quail quesadillas.

The specialties are good but do not go here for a steak. It was not very good and it was very expensive. Ruth's Chris or Del Frisco does a much better steak for same price
Excellent food, it was more spacious than what other reviews had said, waited about 10 minutes to be seated, valet parking was really fast. Not a single complaint here!
Great Atmosphere, exotic selection of entree's and out of this world drinks and service!
My wife and I have been here a few times now to celebrate special occasions. The service and food are impeccable. A must for "foodies." The Elk Sliders and lamb popsicles were mouth watering. The esspresso flan melts in your mouth. The Elk loin was delicious. The jalapeño cucumber margaritas are amazing. We are never dissapointed. Our favorite place in DFW.
We have not been in about 2 years. I just remember the filet being a little more flavorful. Out of the 3 appetizers we ordered could only say I liked the slidders enough to order again. We had our reservations for a month prior for 5:30 they put us downstairs, I would have preferred upstairs just for the atmosphere. It was cold in the wine cellar just not cofortable like upstairs. The biggest disappoint was my steak. Sorry Tim
