The units are building are pretty good, but the team in charge of filling units are not to be taken at their word.
For those who are attempting to look at buying an apartment here I will say the following: it does not meet some hidden requirement for conforming loans that x percentage of units are owner occupied so it is more difficult to get a mortgage and you may be paying higher rates. The apartments and location are nice. Though I must say that driving to the building is kind of a pain in the butt because it is on the very top of a busy (depending on time of day) car garage.
Great location, very friendly tenants.
