This was an absolutely wonderful experience! I tried to do an all over color at home and it turned into such a disaster! It was so embarrassing to leave the house, but I managed to go to The Loft for help and the whole staff was so friendly and professional! I understand my situation was laughable, but not even for a second did I feel judged because everyone seemed to genuinely want to help me and my whole ordeal. What a great place! Taylor did my hair for my first visit and I couldn't be happier. The salon is clean and the girls are very accommodating and friendly.

I have the thickest and curliest hair ever and I'm always so nervous to do anything with it but I went and made an appointment and hoped for the best and was I impressed. Kelly did an AMAZING job on my hair. She cut it and straightened it without a straightener! She didn't pressure me into buying any products but trust me what it did to my hair was enough to sell me on it. Definitely recommend. Super friendly staff as well!
