Just received my first cut at the Loft. My stylist was Kelly and she was fantastic. Not only did she listen to what I was looking for she gave me the best cut I have had. Already made my next appointment. ��
Karen is amazing! Honestly not enough good things can be said here. She will listen to you and customize the right process/style based upon what you want AND what will work best with your face shape and coloring. That's what you pay for - to look beautiful. Not just how you thought you wanted. She's absolutely worth it!
