RecommendedSerena greeted me right away and was super friendly. Love her personality. NIna was my hairstylist. She was wonderful as well. Very friendly and great personality as well. She colored my hair and gave me some blonde highlights. Loved the result. Exactly what i wanted. Definitely will come back. Loved the salon and overall a great experience.
I've been seeing Karen, the owner, here since she opened this gem of a salon (and before that, too). She is a color wizard and trust me, with my rainbow of hair colors over the years she has to be to keep up with me! She is careful and conservative, never wanting to cause any hair damage but ALWAYS gets my hair the color I'm asking for. Her haircuts are phenomenal too. Very reasonable prices for what you get. I love this little salon! Your appointments are confirmed via email, the stylists are very friendly and perform amazing work on their clients, and you leave feeling like a million bucks! Having tried three other salons since arriving to Naperville in 2011, I decided to purchase a Groupon for a haircut. I had the pleasure of meeting Karen today and having her cut and highlight my hair. I am extremely happy with my look and the experience! Karen communicated well and understood exactly what it was that I was seeking in regards to my hair needs. She is kind and understanding and very talented! I am excited to show off my new hair! Recently moved to the area and needed a much overdue haircut and was thinking about highlighting. I got an appointment with Kelly, and LOVED her and my hair when she was done! She listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! She cut it and did bayalage. I haven’t loved my hair for a while and Kelly fixed that for sure! Highly recommended.
