My husband and I moved in to KP in March of 2018. We were told that our unit would have hard wood, but upon move-in there was still old, dingy shag carpet. I contacted the property manager at the time and he explained that we were the last people that would see that carpet because after our lease was done they were replacing it with hard wood floors. I would give Kensington Park 0 stars if I could. My fiancée lived there and after her first lease decided to downgrade into a two bedroom apartment. She and her roommate let the office workers know of this in April of 2016 ( her lease ran out at the end of July ) and they said they would make a note of it and get them a new apartment. She then proceeded to visit the office staff 5 times until today, June 27th. Each time she went into the office they said "oh we will get your lease on your door by the end of the day!"
