What a splendid place. I’m a furniture maker and my favorite thing about the place: Serious Craftsman woodwork adorns every nook and cranny of the place, and it’s the real deal, not just surface details. (Someone took the trouble to create butterflied scarf joints in all of the long runs along the hallways on the upper floors!) Great service, nice beer and wine list in the restaurants and bars, amazing views of the pines and the ocean. I don’t even golf and this place is now on my top ten list.
