I lived there for a year and we couldn't get out fast enough. The gates were always broken (wouldn't open or never shut). The back gate to the trail was always broken it never locked (talk about security) I lived in the third floor and always had leaks from pipes under the bathroom sink or from the roof. I called and called the front; management was always to busy to talk even when going to the front. It got so bad my cabinets weren't usable because of the water damage. We've lived here for 2 years & will be here for another. The complex is quiet, and aside from the trees needed to be trimmed over some parking areas, the parking is great. It's gated, but there is always something jamming or breaking one or both entry gates. The complex is close to the major highway, interstate & toll road, and shopping areas so it makes commuting easy. And it has easy access to the TrinityTrails. It's suppose to be controlled by gate access but the gate is broken. The office staff are friendly. There isn't ... read more
