I’ve lived in several DFW area apartments and this one is my all-time favorite. Quiet, safe neighborhood, extremely reasonable rates and the new upgraded units are adorable. I had a small AC issue today and maintenance was at my apartment and fixed it within the hour - a huge benefit for summertime in Texas! Happily renewing my lease for another year.

We’ve lived here for almost three years and it’s been great. Very quiet and peaceful community and the access to the Trinity trails is fantastic! Maintenance response is very quick and always friendly!

Cameras around the property, someone broke into my car. I called the office and they told me to call the police.
I love living here. It actually feels like home and not just another apartment complex/community. The staff are amazing and make you feel like family. 😉
My 61 year old mother asked my husband and I to move a couch for her since she was getting a new one. The next day she gets a notice on her apartment door for a lease violation stating “unauthorized occupants”. They told her it was a complaint from someone in building 5 which was a bold face lie. Ashley and the maintenance guy watched us unloading and assumed my husband and I were moving in I guess. Don’t y’all have anything better to do like fix the gate that’s been broken for months? This place is trash.
Management team are super nice ,.I'm here since Jan,2018 . Staff here are excellent any problem were taken care fast. Raymond and Carl are alway ready to help with any problems if needed ty.
The management team at this apartment community are very very good people. I lived here for over 6 months and any issue that I had, they worked very hard to fix every single time. Very reasonable rent especially considering the location and a great staff. My dog and I loved living at The Lodge at River Park near the Trinity River. Yes I am a real person and no I do not work for The Lodge. 5 Stars all the way!!!!!!
