We were on a cross country trip when my son developed a pretty bad toe infection. We were able to make an appointment on line that night from our hotel room and were seen early the next morning. We were out of there with our prescription before the rest of the family had to check out of the hotel! The medical assistant and provider were friendly and efficient.
The staff is friendly and helpful - if not limited in what they can provide. My complaint is that after three visits, I (1) was told I did not need to present a payment method for my co-pay (2) nor did I receive a follow-up statement via email or physical mail to submit payment for these visits. Instead of providing an opportunity to make a payment via one of these methods, the company turned over my charges to a collection agency. I am speechless about how poorly this was handled.
