The worst place ever. So unprofessional. Spent 5 hours waiting in car at the parking lot after they took her in ER and after all that waiting find out they didn’t have time to take a look on my dog. Dog was there to be checked after she step on broken glass. When I told them to give me my dog back they told “we will ask doctor if is going to release her”. RecommendedGreat staff. They REALLY care about their patients. Actually, they have more follow up and concerns than my regular physician. Hats off to the staff. You guys are Awesome!!

Due to Covid, I wasn’t able to see Dr. Williams face. I wish I could. She is an amateur and should not be allowed in an emergency vet hospital. My dog was brought in because she wasn’t able to walk, yet she was treated for her cough. And when i asked why she couldn’t walk, I was given a “I guess she’s weak because she coughed for too long”. Don’t give me guesses when I take her to your EMERGENCY hospital. This is not a place to guess. Because she was not diagnosed or treated properly, 12 days later, the dog was put down. My Frenchie needed emergency back surgery for a herniated disc...they explained everything up front...the possible outcomes..and answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision. The entire staff is compassionate and caring...sending me texts/photos of them loving on my boy! it was reassuring since I couldn't be there due to Covid 19 restrictions. Dr. J called daily with updates and made sure he was comfortable. I appreciated their professionalism but yet caring like he was of theirs. Thank you all so much!
