OMG. I always stay at Marriott s, however this is my first horrendous experience! We have been waiting FOUR HOURS for our room to be ready! Staff is very disinterested, and every time we inquire we were told that the room is being cleaned!! If we were told we had to wait until 4pm check-in, I would be more understanding. Lobby chairs extremely uncomfortable, and hotel staff is very rude! So disappointed right now. If we had not already given credit card, we would just leave! Wasted first day of a 2 day trip!��
Stayed here on our first trip to New York lovely hotel. staff are so helpful & friendy & near to all the places we wanted to see & live jazz bands/singers

Being in town only for 24 hours and needed early check in, thanks to Marriott membership I was able to get in early and comfortable accommodating stay, Love the Lexington and Marriott. Great vibe with the artwork and Jazz!
Amazing location! Walking distance to so many attractions! Beautiful property, not the run of the mill. Very chic, bold style in the decor and furnishings. Enjoyed several areas for lounging and working either in the lobby or the mezzanine. Staff was fantastic and very accommodating!
Loved this hotel and so did my daughter. We were able to check-in early and there is a Starbucks attached!! Close to Rockefeller and Times Square so that was awesome! Bed was super comfortable and the city night life didn't keep me up at all! Will definitely stay here again�
