My boyfriend and I booked The Lexington to see the Rockefeller Christmas tree. We fell in love with the hotel when we walked into such a stunning lobby. Greeted by friendly staff we checked into a room on the 15th floor and ready early. Though small, it was a regular room with a nice king size bed and we only planned on sleeping in there.. perfect for that. The location of this hotel is ideal if you plan on going for Christmas. Booked this hotel to take in the holiday sights. It was close to all the areas we wanted to see. It was great. Upon check in my daughter was given a small toy. Staff was friendly & accomodating. Lobby had plenty of space to relax with access to a bar, starbucks, restaurant, & more. We may goback to the Lexington yearly as a new Christmas tradition.

The beds are uncomfortable and the water pipes are making noises all the time. Never again! I expected more from this hotel.
Stayed here for 8 nights in November. Great location on Lexington Avenue in mid town NY. Desk staff very helpful and extremely friendly. We had a room on the front of the hotel which was comfortable but furniture a bit dated and in need of minor repairs. Bathroom extremely small. The shock after we checked out was being charges $3.00 per bag to leave them with the porter. 3 people with 6 bags total $18.00 to leave bags for 4 hours. Total shock at the end of what was a lovely stay.
