Very excited to come to NYC and looking forward to my stay at The Lexington on March 31
In for the weekend to celebrate friends birthdays. Hotel was very clean. Front desk was friendly. We were on 15th floor. Room was big enough but bathroom was claustrophobic without hardly any counter space to get ready in the morning. Used mirror in the room to get ready instead. Great location close to Times Square and Grand Central. Would stay again but request a bigger room next time.
Great decor and hospitality. Enjoyed the room, food, and drinks. Staff were easy to talk to and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Well done!

It absolutely breaks my heart that this hotel, part of The Marriott chain, has so much potential but it was absolutely the most ridiculous hotel I have ever stayed at (not just in the NYC area). Right off the bat: check-in was miserable. It was "a hassle". And it should never be. I do this many times a year.
