Have just spent 4 nights at the Lex. We last stayed there 44 years ago! What a great job Marriott have done in restoring the hotel to it's former glory. The decor in the public areas and rooms is superb. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Irina Borukhov for making our stay so memorable, We shall certainly return. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel for all the above reasons and especially it's perfect location.
Love love love this place! Eclectic, Jazzy, Romantic! Great location for everything!!!! The Mixing Room Bar, can't say enough! I come into NYC lots.... This is such a central location!!!!' A must for everyone!

Stayed here for 5 days last week hotel my lovely room was clean and spacious: staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice chill bar too. I would definitely stay here again
Throughout my stay I found the staff friendly, helpful and informative. I got out of the cab and was greeted with a friendly concierge Derrick who was like that all during my stay along with the other concierges. The lady on reception when I first arrived however was not very friendly but when a colleague "spotted" her attitude she joined in with the transaction and she warmed up so hopefully was just a bad day. I have just been aggressively marched out of your hotel, Because I have a service dog,this is a clear violation of the American Disability Act and we will be taking leg at action.I was to meet friends for dinner but now that's been cancelled and I am taking in search of another hotel and I am informing all media and community links about your disgusting behaviour. Shame on you victimization of disabled people.
