I would like to mention that two of the greatest ladies work in the office at the Lexington not to mention also the maintenance staff we don't want to leave anybody else this is a great place to live and if you have a situation that you have a problem you talk to these two women in the office and they will handle it for you and make you feel that your money is spent wisely yes that's what I said wisely so you should come over and take a visit and take a look around and make this your home
For the price you pay to live in "winter park" it's most defiantly NOT worth it at all. Constant electric problems, in the 9 months I've lived here we've been without power countless times. One time in particular they shut the power off to our building WITHOUT PIOR NOTICE FOR 5 HOURS . All bc of "miscommunication " with the Forman. The office staff never answers the phone, the are always "very sorry and always taking important calls " the pool is nice but never clean. The community center isn't even built yet. STAY AWAY!! Atleast 3 times a week cops show up in the middle of the night, TERMITES, TERMITES, TERMITES!!!!!! This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with an apt complex. It got so bad that i moved to a different apt complex in baldwin park 3 months ago but still pay this crappy place so i dont get any late fees until my lease is up this month! THANK GOD!
Beautiful, newly renovated apartments. Dog friendly (even giant breeds!!). Wonderful leasing staff!
