I lived here. The staff was nice and got the job done. If you are looking for affordable, comfortable, and a good area in Winter Park, this is it.
My family and I have lived here since August of this year and it has been great! The staff is amazing. Since we came in to look at the property Erica G. has been amazing! She has been such a great help and all around super nice and such a genuine person. We literally try and refer everyone we can to live here not only because its beautiful, but also because she is the best as well as the other woman in the staff! Renting here has been such a breeze for us :)
Quick and courteous staff. Great renovated kitchens with a ton of storage space. Some tell tale signs of the buildings age but you can't beat the location for the price.
Me and my roommate have lived here for nearly a year and if there is ever an issue, You can just give Erica a call and she will help your out with whatever you need and they are also very understanding here, I would rate a 10/10 here, Really nice neighborhood and really nice people, I would recommend it to anyone!
I have only lived here for four months but it has been absolutely lovely from the beginning. The entire neighborhood has been remodeled and everything inside the apartment is new - - carpets, paint, and appliances. The surrounding areas are also newly renovated and very nice. It's an incredibly pet friendly neighborhood! They are still renovating some of the surrounding areas, but it has not been a nuisance since. I can say since I moved in 7 months ago I've had a great experience with everyone. However I met Erica about a month ago and she is AMAZING ! If I ever have a question I only deal with her, she will reach all extremes to solve an issue. If I wasn't moving out of Orlando I would definitely be staying at Lexington. All the way to maintenance I've never had an issue and always quick to respond. Great experience thank you Erica for everything you do!
Customer service at its finest since the second I walked through the door. I guess new management took over and really cleaned this place up because the last time I visited a few years ago it was terrible. Good job
