I've lived here since June and it's been everything I could ask for. The staff is prompt and very easy to talk to. There isn't a better value in Orlando.
Lexington is advertised as resort style living. This place is a dump. Termites in the building. Fecal matter from the termites falling from the ceiling. Multiple vehicle breakins! One just this morning. It's not safe here. They say have security guards but I have never actually seen one. They only own part of the complex, the other part is low income housing. If you move here bring a gun for protection and have medical insurance. Water damage all over and mold. Not to mention the termite damage could make this place not stru... read more
Quiet, and centrally located. Great resident portal for easy payments. Management is fantastic and addresses all concerns quickly.
