Decent property, but.... The premises themselves are nice enough. It is generally very peaceful in here. Initial pricing is fair. It isnt bad if you only plan to stay for your lease term. My complaint is that once the lease is up, they raise the rent well above what the current vacant units are renting for. That doesnt seem very fair. My rent was raised about $150, although vacant units are still being rented at my old rate.
THEY CHARGE OVERINFLATED EXIT CHARGES, STAY AWAY I have been a resident of Falls at willow creek and Legends at willow creek for ~3 years and even though this place was a nice place to live but when we left the apartment, the management charged us an astronomical number. $1661 for plank replacement $310 for refrigerator door ( which we left in perfect condition) $265 for kitchen counter resurface (which we had left clean). It Feels Like Home The apartments are spacious and it is a great price for Living in Folsom. The maintenance staff responds quickly when a request is placed. Unfortunately the complex is known for having an issues with the stairs, but they are almost done getting all of them fixed and the property manager did a great job responding to emails and throughly answering not just one or two of my questions, but all of them. Nice, but... The apartments are large and well laid out. The office and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. There has been a well publicized issue with the stairs and they are in the process of repairing all of them but it took way too long for them to deal with a safety hazard.
