Great place! Lived in a 1B1B. Located in safe neighborhood. Quiet, quaint and peaceful. Located very next to E Bidwell St., and so is close to almost everything like grocery stores, walmart, pharmacy, target and restaurants/take outs. Quick turnaround for maintenance and the staff is very helpful.

Love my new place! I just moved in and absolutely love my new place! The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind (they made the application process and getting everything setup for my new place an absolute breeze), I put in a work order for a misaligned door lock, and someone was out fixing it within 15 minutes. You can tell management takes pride in their work and actually care. I can't recommend this place enough. Also the view from my place is phenomenal for an apartment! Loving it! I have lived here for a couple months now….the office staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about the residents. Maintenance is fast and knowledgeable. My garbage disposal clogged and they came over same day and fixed it.
Home sweet home! I absolutely love it here. We just moved in recently and the management staff is amazing. It’s a perfect location, close to everything, but still feels quiet and serene. I highly recommended considering renting here. Brionna is so sweet and is always smiling and so genuinely happy to take the time to get to know you, she really just makes you feel like you are a family member. Thank you Brionna and all of the staff for everything! We love it here!
Found a great place to live! Brionna at The Legends is very helpful and knowledgeable. We did a tour with her, and she assisted us in making our choice. I believe we found the best place to live in this area. We highly recommend this place!
A great place to call home We recently moved my Mom into one of units. Extremely spacious, the grounds are well kept and a secure environment. Staff is extremely accommodating and patient. Overall 5 stars.
The legends at Willow Creek Absolutely love this place moved in about a month ago. I can’t see myself going anywhere else in the community is very quiet friendly just an absolutely amazing place to live Adriana. The property manager is absolutely amazing. The whole entire management team and maintenance team are amazing if you have any problems with your apartment Maintenance is on top of it and gets it fixed immediately. Best apartments around. The environment is just nothing but positivity here
Very quiet and peaceful Me and my husband moved in a month ago and we love it here. Adriana is awesome, we kept in contact with her for 6 months waiting for the perfect time to move in on a good price and space for our first place to call home. Her energy, personality and vibe is just awesome. Maintenance is awesome as well, we needed something fixed and they was there by the next morning to fix it. Overall this complex is lovely and great to call home in the Folsom area.
